Our Story

For a long time, I didn't know what I wanted to be. I was raised believing I could be anything, and that freedom made choosing feel overwhelming. What I always knew was that I loved self expression through clothing. Watching my mother light up when she found pieces that truly reflected who she was planted the seeds for my path into fashion.

Trimaine Sheffield is built on the belief that fashion is a right to self expression. Growing up, my mother did everything she could to give my brother and me moments that felt special, confident, and celebratory. She knew how to turn very little into something meaningful, and that lesson lives in every piece I create. Everyone deserves their own red carpet moment.

I began my career in merchandising and retail operations, gaining experience in supply chain, product development, and manufacturing. Fashion never left my life. It evolved alongside my professional growth and returned through a focus on couture technique, fit, and thoughtful process.

Today, my brand offers elevated ready to wear alongside couture designs, including wedding and special occasion garments. The brand exists at the intersection of creativity and practicality, creating pieces that feel aspirational yet attainable.
